Aligarh Police Bust Drug Ring, A Whopping Eleven Quintals Of Cannabis Seized

ALIGARH || The Aligarh police on Saturday busted a major drug racket and arrested three persons. The police also seized a whopping 11 quintals of cannabis from them. The gang was busted in a joint operation of the Tappal police and the Meerut unit of the Special Task Force (STF).

The arrested criminals have been identified as Jitendra, Ramraj and Sonu Kashyap. An official said that they have seized about 11.20 quintals of contraband from them. This is estimated to be worth Rs 80 lakh. The police have also seized truck which was being used to smuggle the consignment.
