Book Release: "Reflections of Spontaneous Deep Expressions" Launched by Wg Cdr Rakesh Sharma

New Delhi, September 1 (TNA) In a gathering that resonated with poetic elegance and national pride, Gp Capt PK Agnihotri and his better half Meena Agnihotri hosted the release of their third poetic compilation, "Reflections of Spontaneous Deep Expressions." The much-anticipated event took place at a city hotel in Dwarka and drew an elite audience of serving officers, veterans, and literary enthusiasts.

While the highlight of the event was the presence of Wg Cdr Rakesh Sharma, Ashok Chakra, the first and only astronaut of India, he could not make it due to some personal reasons. He however made it up by sending a heart-touching video message. The author- Wg Cdr Sharma spoke about the power of poetry in capturing the complexity of human emotions and congratulated the authors on their artistic achievement.

Accompanying him was the Guest of Honour, Air Marshal (Dr.) LK Verma, AVSM, who applauded the Agnihotris for their poetic contributions and their service to the nation. He emphasized the importance of the arts, even for those in defence, to connect deeper with their inner selves and the world around them.

The audience included senior officers from the Indian Air Force, Navy, and Army, as well as numerous distinguished veterans and dignitaries, who came together to celebrate this unique fusion of art and patriotism. The ambience was enriched with spontaneous recitations from the book, bringing the compilation's profound verses to life and allowing the audience to experience the authors' deep expressions in real time.
