Farmers To Hold Nationwide Protest On February 6

New Delhi, February 2 (TNA) The joint front of the farmers agitating against farms laws promulgated by the Narendra Modi government at the centre has now announced that it would be holding a nationwide agitation on February 6, where it will stall all movement on roads between 12 noon to 3 pm.

They also announced that during this period roads will be blocked by them and all vehicular movement disrupted. They said this was being done in protest of the no benefits to the farmers in the budgetary provisions for 2021-2022.

"There will be a country-wide agitation on February 6; we will block roads between 12 pm and 3 pm," Balbir Singh Rajewal of the Bhartiya Kisan Union (R) told reporters.
