Four Injured In Blast At Bengaluru Cafe
Bengaluru, March 1 (TNA) At least four people have been injured in an explosion at a cafe in Bengaluru's Kundalahalli area on Friday, the police said. The police are trying to ascertain what caused the explosion at The Rameshwaram Cafe, which is a popular restaurant in the neighbourhood.
A team of the anti-terror National Investigation Agency (NIA) has reached the cafe. Three of the injured people are employees of the cafe, while the fourth is a customer, the police said.
The police have not ruled out any angle and a bomb squad and a forensics team are at the cafe. There was no fire after the explosion, media reports quoting police officials suggested, adding it didn’t look like a cooking gas cylinder explosion.
