Kangana Ranaut To Contest Lok Sabha 2024 Polls On BJP Ticket, Constituency Undecided

Mumbai, December 20 (TNA) For long a sympathiser of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and an ardent admirer of prime minister Narendra Modi, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is finally set for her political debut. Her father Amardeep, quoted in media reports, confirmed that she will be contesting the forthcoming Lok Sabha polls 2024 on a BJP ticket.

However, he did not specify the parliamentary constitutency from where the actress will contest. “The final decision rests in the hands of the BJP leadership” he told reporters. The development follows a recent meeting between Ranaut and BJP's National President JP Nadda at her residence in Kullu, sparking widespread speculation about her potential political foray.

Amardeep Ranaut, while addressing inquiries, put an end to the speculations by asserting that Kangana is committed to contesting under the BJP banner.

Hailing from the Sarahan village in the Sarkaghat constituency of Mandi district, with a secondary residence in Manali where her family currently resides, the choice of constituency adds intrigue to the unfolding political narrative.
