Magic Bus Staff Children Visit Sulabh’s Toilet Museum

New Delhi, April 14 (TNA) A group of 45 children and 5 Magic Bus staff from Magic Bus, Guru Harkishan Nagar, Peeragarhi Gaon, New Delhi, visited the Sulabh Campus on Wednesday. The guests were warmly welcomed and taken to the Museum of Toilets which has a rare collection of unique artifacts, pictures and objects, detailing the eye-opening, historic evolution of toilets from 2500 BC to date.

They also keenly observed the models of Sulabh’s innovative technology-based twin-pit-pour-flush toilets; Public toilet-based biogas plant, Sulabh Water ATM which provides affordable and cheap water to the neighborhood, Sulabh Health Centre and the Kitchen, using methane of the biogas plant as fuel.

At the end, the guests had an interaction with Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak, Founder Sulabh Sanitation Movement and Social Reforms. While parting, they expressed their joy on having visited Sulabh.
