NIA Files 13,500-Page Charge sheet In Pulwama Terror Attack Case
NEW DELHI || The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet in February 2019 Pulwama terror attack case. In the 13,500 pages charge sheet, filed before a special NIA court in Jammu, 19 people have been named for carrying out the dastardly attack at the call of their Pakistani bosses.
Prominent names in the chargesheet include JeM Chief, Maulana Masood Azhar, his brothers Abdul Rauf Asghar and Ammar Alvi, nephew Umar Farooq. The names of their conduits who provided the perpetrators shelter and logistic support have also figured in the chargesheet.
This includes, Adil Dar, the suicide bomber who used around 200 kgs of explosives in the vehicle that rammed into the CRPF convoy near Lethpora in South Kashmir. So far seven people have been arrested by the NIA in this case, which shook the nation like never before.
