Opposition Delegation Petitions President Kovind On Farmer Laws

New Delhi, December 9 (TNA) A delegation of Opposition leaders comprising met president Ram Nath Kovind on Wednesday and petitioned him against what they called were anti-farmer laws. The delegation comprised of NCP Chief Sharad Pawar, Rahul Gandhi, D Raja, Sitaram Yechury and TKS Elangovan .

They presented the President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan a memorandum. Laters peaking to reporters, Rahul Gandhi said the laws brought by the Modi government were anti-farmer and will be opposed tooth and nail.
