Six Killed As Chopper Crashes In Kedarnath

Dehradun, Oct 18 (TNA) In a big tragedy six people, including two pilots, were killed after a private aviation company’s helicopter carrying the pilgrims crashed near Garud Chatti in Kedarnath in Uttarakhand on Tuesday afternoon, a government official said.

Officials involved in the rescue and spotting operations confirmed that six bodies have been recovered so far and that efforts are on to identify them and bring the bodies back. More details are awaited.
