Supreme Court Raps Udhayanidhi Stalin On His Barb Against Sanatan Dharma
New Delhi, March 4 (TNA) The Supreme Court on Monday reprimanded Tamil Nadu Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin for his comments on Sanatan Dharma. The apex court raised questions on his statement and said that you are not an ordinary person. You are a minister. You should know the consequences of such comments.
Cases are registered against Udhayanidhi in different states for his controversial remarks on Sanatan Dharma. In this case, his lawyer has appealed to the Supreme Court to hear all the FIRs together. However, the court reprimanded Stalin, saying, "You violate the rights of expression and the rights of religious freedom and then come to the Supreme Court for protection under Article 32."
