Allahabad University To Provide 5-year MBA, 7 New Courses Under The New Education Policy

Prayagraj, July 7 (TNA) The Allahabad University has decided to start 7 new courses under the new education policy. 9 new optional courses have been introduced for personality development. Allahabad University's Vice-Chancellor Professor Sangeeta Srivastava said that Allahabad University is committed to the implementation of the new education policy. For the academic session 2023-24 the university is going to start the following courses as per the New Education Policy (NEP) guidelines.

The first is a five year integrated BCA & MCA in Data Science under Center of Computer Education & Training Institute of Professional Studies (IPS) in which the student strength will be 40 and admissions would be through JEE. Then there is an M.Sc. in Cognitive Science (CSC) under Center for Behavioral and Cognitive Sciences (CBCS) where the student capacity would be 40 and the admissions will be through JEE.

A five-year Integrated Program in Family and Community Science with major areas (Textiles and Apparel, Food and Nutrition and Human Development) and B.Sc. in Human Development under the Department of Family and Community Sciences and M.Sc. will also be initiated for 40 students where selection would be through CUET.
