14-Year-Old, Class IX Student Of CMS Hangs Himself In Lucknow Park

Lucknow, Oct 5 (TNA) In a shocking incident in the state capital, a 14-year-old boy hung himself in a park, police said. The deceased was a student of class IX at the City Montessori School of the city and he committed suicide at a park in Jankipuram’s Aakansha campus. The boy-Aarav, studied at the Aliganj branch of CMS and his father is an engineer by profession.

According to the police, tge boy was scolded by his father for not studying enough for his ongoing half yearly exam, a paper of which was on Wednesday. Miffed at that apparently he hung himself.

His father Alok Singh, an assistant engineer at the CPWD has refused to comment on the matter. No suicide note has been found.
