8 IAS Officers Transferred In UP, Himanshu Kumar Is New Principal Secretary Social, Minority Welfare

Lucknow, Nov 15 (TNA) The Uttar Pradesh government transferred eight Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers late on Sunday night. Himanshu Kumar, a 1990 batch officer awaiting posting after returning from study leave of two years, has been posted as Principal Secretary, Social Welfare and Minority Welfare.

Ravindra Nayak has been made Principal Secretary Administrative Reforms and Public Service Management and Director Administrative Reforms. Principal Secretary Planning and Program Implementation Amod Kumar has been sent to the post of Principal Secretary General Administration.

After taking over the responsibility of General Administration Department from Jitendra Kumar, he will be the Principal Secretary of the Departments of Language, National Integration and State Reorganization Coordination. Udaybhanu Tripathi, Special Secretary, Secondary Education, has been sent to the post of Additional Housing Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Council.

Similarly, Special Secretary, Urban Development, Vipin Kumar Jain will now be the secretary of Uttar Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. Waiting Nidhi Gupta Vats as Special Secretary Excise and waiting for posting J. Ribha has been made Additional Director SUDA.
