After Conquering Uttar Pradesh, Yogi In Delhi To Meet PM, Top BJP Leaders

Lucknow, March 13 (TNA) After conquering the tough electoral battle of Uttar Pradesh, chief minister Yogi Adityanath in on a day-long visit to New Delhi on Sunday. A string of meetings have been lined during his Delhi visit. Soon after reaching the Hindon air base in Ghaziabad he drove straight to the UP Sadan from where he is scheduled to drive to the PM house where he will meet prime minister Narendra Modi.

The saffron-robed chief minister is also scheduled to meet home minister Amit Shah, national president JP Nadda, central leaders Dharmendra Pradhan, Rajnath Singh amongst others. Sources say that other than thanking the party’s central leadership for their support during the state assembly polls, Adityanath is also slated to discuss the swearing-in ceremony date, time and the list of invitees for the event which is likely to tbe some time after Holi festival.

There is a possibility of the central leadership and the monk-turned-politician will discuss the potential names to be included in the ministry. The BJP returned to ower after a smashing victory in the state assembly polls, breaking the 37-year-old record of a consecutive win by any party in Uttar Pradesh.
