Akhilesh Yadav Calls Meeting Of Alliance Partners

Lucknow, March 29 (TNA) Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav has conevened a meeting of his alliance partners late on Tuesday evening. According to information, the former chief minister is likely to discuss the future course of action with the allies and also on how to rise from the drubbing in the elections and take on the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Allies who have been invited for the high-level meeting include Shivpal Singh Yadav of the Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (PS), SBSP Chief Om Prakash Rajbhar, Pallavi Patel from Apna Dal and Rajpal Baliyan. It would be interesting to see whether Shivpal Singh Yadav attends the meeting or not since he has openly two days back aired his angst at not being invited for the SP Legislature Party and had publicly said that he waited for two days of invite but was not extended an invitation.
