BJP Announces Candidates For All Lucknow Seats, Brijesh Pathak Shifted To Lucknow Cantt

Lucknow, February 1 (TNA) Ending days of speculation, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) late on Tuesday announced the names of its candidates from Lucknow. While Jaya Devi has been fielded from Malihabad, Yogesh Shukla has been fielded from Bakshi Ka Talaab.

Rajrajeshwar Singh has been named from Sarojini Nagar and Anjani Shrivastav is the ruling party candidate from Lucknow West. Amresh Kumar has been given the BJP ticket from the Mohanlalganj assembly seat.

Dr Neeraj Bora has once again been given the ticket from Lucknow North while the urban development minister Ashutosh Tandon ‘Gopal’ has once again been assigned the Lucknow East though he is not very popular and voters here accuse him of not paying attention to his two-time constituency.

Rajneesh Gupta has been named from Lucknow central while law minister and also one of the few popular BJP leaders, Brijesh Pathak has been shifted to Lucknow Cantt.
