BJP Candidate From Ballia Sadar Daya Shankar Singh Alleges Attack By SP Supporters

Ballia, March 3 (TNA) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Ballia Sadar seat Daya Shankar Singh has alleged that he was attacked by the workers and supporters of the Samajwadi Party (SP) on Wednesday night. Singh reached the police station and lodged a complained about the matter, while BJP supporters expressed their anger by raising anti-SP slogans.

According to the information, the whole matter is of Akhar village of Dubhad police station. Singh had gone to the village for some personal work and there a four-wheeler vehicle was parked in such a way that Singh could not get out and later an attack was carried out.

Ballia Sadar Kotwal Bal Mukund Mishra and SHO Dubhad informed that the series 7273 belongs to the Mukhtar Ansari gang and that the vehicle was registered in the name of a certain Motiullah.
