Congress To Train 70,000 Grassroots Workers In UP Through 675 Training Camps

Lucknow, August 6 (TNA) With state assembly elections just a few months away in Uttar Pradesh, The state unit of the Congress has begun spade work to work up its ramshackle organisation. Recently, the UP Congress has completed the training of block presidents in its 8 zones. These training camps were held in Gorakhpur, Allahabad, Sultanpur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Bareilly, Mathura and Ghaziabad.

According to party sources, this training camp on the ground is transmitting new energy to the organization in view of which a group of 100 leaders and activists of UP are undergoing training on various issues in Chhattisgarh. After the training, these master trainers will train 70,000 workers in block and assembly wise training camps.

In these training camps, Congress workers will be taught the lesson of booth management. Techniques for better use of social media will also be taught to the workers. Emphasis will be placed on activating justice group wise WhatsApp group.

In addition, there will be extensive training in the upcoming training camp regarding the historical 'misdeeds of RSS and BJP'. Congress workers will also expose BJP, SP and BSP for the misery of last 32 years of UP, for which a special training camp 'Who spoiled Uttar Pradesh?' will be held, a top party functionary told TNA.
