Criminal Wanted For Murder Of BJP Leader In Varanasi Hoodwinks Cops, Surrenders In Court
Varanasi, Nov 19 (TNA) Vishal Rajbhar, wanted for the murder of BJP leader Pashupati Nath Singh, who carried a cash reward of Rs 20,000 on his head hoodwinked the police which was in hot pursuit to arrest him and surrendered in the CJM court on Friday.
The court sent the accused to jail in judicial custody for 14 days. In this case, another accused Lasuresh Saroj had surrendered in the court a day before.
BJP leader Pashupati Nath Singh (71) was beaten to death outside his house on the night of October 12 in Sigra area of Varanasi while his son was critically wounded. A total of 14 accused have been arrested so far while two have surrendered in court.
