DG Parade Organized At CRPF's Group Center At Phaphamau In Prayagraj

Prayagraj, March 18 (TNA) CRPF, following its age-old tradition, organized the DG Parade at Group Center Prayagraj just before CRPF Day celebrated on 19th March. Every year March 19 is celebrated as CRPF Day by the Central Reserve Police Force at various places. This year CRPF Day is being organized on a large scale at Group Center Prayagraj. Last year CRPF Day was organized on March 19 in Chhattisgarh. There has been a tradition of organizing the DG Parade just 2 days before CRPF Day.

During this program organized on Sunday, a grand parade was organized in the presence of Director General CRPF Anish Dayal Singh in which 8 contingents of different sectors of the Central Reserve Police Force marched past. CRPF Director General took the salute of the parade.

Apart from this, trophies were awarded to offices and battalions which performed commendably in various fields and personnel were rewarded for their exceptional work. On this occasion, the CRPF Director General also paid tribute to the martyrs.

In his address, the CRPF Director General congratulated all the personnel of the force for their incomparable contribution and also asked everyone to be physically and mentally prepared to face all kinds of challenges as alert warriors. called upon. During the program, exercise demonstrations were also conducted by CRPF's Special Wing (Cobra), which specializes in counter-Maoist and jungle warfare, CRPF's Anti-Terrorism Squad (QAT) in Jammu and Kashmir, and CRPF's Special Riot Control Wing (Rapid Task Force).
