District Court To Frame Charges Against Ashish Mishra On April 26
Lucknow, April 19 (TNA) A day after the Supreme Court cancelled his bail and asked him to surrender, Ashish Mishra, son of union minister of state for home, suffered another blow on Tuesday as a dictrict court will now frame charges against him on April 26.
He is the prime accused in the Tikunia violence of Lakhimpur Kheri. Ashish Mishra has already been ordered by the Supreme Court to surrender by April 25.
A discharge application was given in the court on behalf of the main accused Ashish, who was released on bail, and it was strongly raised that there is no evidence to prosecute him. Due to this, instead of taking action to framing the charges, the district judge court got entangled in hearing whether there is any evidence, investigation or circumstances to prosecute Ashish Mishra.
