Double-decker Bus Going From Delhi To Darbhanga Overturns On Yamuna Expressway At Mathura, Three Killed

Mathura, February 27 (TNA) Three persons were killed and over 40 injured in a late Sunday night road mishap on the Yamuna Expressway. The ill-fated double-decker bus was going from Delhi to Bihar when it hit the divider and overturned.

The injured have been sent to the district hospital where they are undergoing treatment, district magistrate Mathura Pulkit Khare informed. The mishap happened near the milestone 88.

The bus had started the journey from Narela and was headded for Darbhanga in Bihar. There was a long jam on the busy expressway after the accident. Efforts were udnerway till midnight to clear the road.
