Drug Ring Busted In Pratapgarh, Over Three Quintals Of Opium Worth Rs 60 Lakhs Seized

Pratapgarh, Oct 6 (TNA) In a big success, the Pratapgarh police on Wednesday smashed a drug cartel and seized over three quintals of opium worth about Rs 60 lakhs in the market. The seizure was made by teh Antu police. Two smugglers have also been arrested.

A Rs 50,000 reward was announced for the police team that made the seizure, by IG Prayagraj Kavindra Pratap Singh.

The action was taken by the team of CO City Abhay Kumar Pandey, SO Antu Arjun Singh, SWAT team in-charge Amarnath Rai, Surveillance team in-charge Sunil Kumar Yadav Kithawar outpost in-charge Ehsanul Haque.
