Etawah Police Arrests Three Hardened Criminals After Brief Gun Battle

Etawah, August 3 (TNA) The Etawah Police late on Tuesday arrested three hardened criminals after a brief gun battle with them. The encounter took place at Chaubia under the directives of the SSP Etawah, an official said.

The three criminals were injured in the encounter and an illegal weapon, one pair of ear rings and one gold ring was also recovered from them.

They were fleeing after a loot and the police chased them. The arrests were made in a joint-operation of the SOG, Basrehar and Chaubia police. SO Chaubia has also sustained a bullet injury while two other police men are also reported to have been injured.
