FIR Against BJP Leader Chandra Prakash Mishra Matiyari For Cheating Man Of Rs Six Lakh

Lucknow, November 1 (TNA) An FIR has been lodged against senior BJP leader from Amethi Chandra Prakash Mishra ‘Matiyari’, fore cheating a man of Rs six lakhs and promising a person of a job in the Indian Railways. The former Gauriganj MLA however has termed it a “political conspiracy” to implicate him ahead of the state assembly polls in 2022.

According to information, the case was registered at the Dhanpatganj police stateion after the intervention of Amethi MP and union minister Smriti Irani.

After the registration of the case, the former MLA is said to be missing from his constituency. The complainant - Shiv Shankar Tiwari, a resident of Vishnu Dutt Pipargaon has alleged that the former MLA had taken the money to get his brother Nishakant's son Kush Kumar a job in the railways.
