Five Killed In Road Mishap On The Outskirts Of Lucknow

Lucknow, July 16 (TNA) Five persons, including a child, were killed in a road mishap on the outskirts of the state capital on Friday, police said. The accident happened at the Itaunja highway when a speeding truck turtled over an Omini van passing by.

The van was turned into a mangled piece of steel due to the weight of the truck and the people inside it were trapped. Police had a tough time extracting the bodies and the injured from the impacted vehicle.
