Lucknow, June 13 (TNA) Former Indian Police Service (IPS) officer Amitabh Thakur and his social activist wife Dr. Nutan Thakur have demanded action by sending a complaint to the National Human Rights Commission regarding the brutal and brutal beating inside the police station.
