Former UP Governor Ram Naik To Attend Swearing-in Of Yogi Adityanath

Lucknow, March 25 (TNA) Former Uttar Pradesh governor Ram Naik will be attending the swearing-in of chief minister Yogi Adityanath, his office said. Adityanath personally rang up Naik, who now lives in Mumbai, to invite him for the momentous event, when after many decades a government is going to be formed for a straight second term.

It was Ram Naik who had sworn-in Yogi in the first tenure in 2017 and the two leaders have sicne shared a cordial relation. Naik, a BJP veteran has held several positions in the union government before retiring from public life when he demitted office of the governor of the most populous state when Anandiben Patel was named as his successor at Raj Bhawan Lucknow.
