Four Including UP Cop Die As Buses Collide Head-On In Mau

Mau, March 4 (TNA) Four persons including a UP Police personnel were killed and two dozen others injured in Mau late on Friday when two buses collided head on. The mishap took place near the Gandhi Ashram located at Dharmagatpur Gulori in Haldharpur police station area.

In this accident, Nazim (55), resident of Sanwara in Ballia district, Sadanand Rajbhar (50), resident of Saraibharti, Raju Tiwari (50) resident of Ballia and constable Anil Kumar Yadav (45), resident of Govindpur in Ghazipur district died on the spot.

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath has deeply mourned the loss of lives in the road mishap and has extended his condolences to the bereaved families of the deceased. He also directed the officials to provide proper and prompt treatment to those injured in the accident.
