Gangster Atiq Ahmed, Brother Ashraf Shot Dead In Prayagraj While On Way For Medical Examination

Prayagraj, April 15 (TNA) In a sensational turn of events, mafia-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf Ahmed were shot dead late Saturday night while being taken for medical in Prayagraj.

The murder was caught on cameras as media persons were trying to get a quote or two from the criminal duo when suddenly three youngsters lunged towards them and opened fire from close range.

As shots rung in the air, policemen and media persons were seen scurrying for cover even as the assailants shouted slogans. The brothers slumped to the ground immediately, lying in a pool of blood.

The killers surrendered themselves and police whisked them away. They have been identified as Sunny, Lavlesh Tiwari and Arun Maurya.
