Holi Carnival To Begin At Hazratganj Metro Rail Station On Saturday

Lucknow, March 15 (TNA) The Lucknow Metro is organizing a 5-Day Holi Ganjing Carnival from Saturday to March 20 to mark the onset of the festive season. The mega carnival will have on display and sale completely ‘Made in India’ Swadeshi items in handicrafts, bakery, home decor, ceramic pots, plant etc.

The carnival will be at the at Hazratganj Metro Station. Avadh Lok Sangeet(Avadh Ki Shaam) will be organized on March 22 between 03:00 PM to 05:30 PM where Mansi Raghuvanshi will give Avadhi Lok Sangeet performance at the Hazratganj Metro Station. A talk show on Awadh culture, history and Holi celebrations will be organized simultaneously on the same day at Hazratganj Metro Station.

The talk on Awadh – ‘Kissa Lucknow Ka’ will commence at 03:00 PM. A selfie stand will also be set-up and food stalls will be set-up as well. People can visit the stalls between 11 am to 8pm, the organisers informed.
