Kanpur Policeman Throw Off Street Vendor’s Stuff On Rail Track, He Goes To Pick, Is Run Over By Train, Loses Both Legs

Kanpur, Dec 3 (TNA) In a shocking and tragic news coming from Kanpur, a street vendor lost both his legs after a train run over him while he was trying to recover his stuff thrown on the railway tracks by a policeman. A video of the aftermath of the incident, which has gone viral on the social media, has shocked people.

According to information available, the victim had a vend which sold tomatoes. A policeman came and threw off his weighing scales on the railway track behind in Kalyanpur and when went to pick them up, he was run over by the approaching Memu train and he lost both the legs from knee under.

There is anger against the police in the area. Police were clearing sides of GT Road of vendors selling vegetables, and other goods.
