Lawyer Shot Dead In Broad Daylight Inside Court Premises In Shahjahanpur

Shahjahanpur, Oct 18 (TNA) In a shocking incident, a lawyer was shot dead in broad day light inside the Shahjahanpur court on Monday, police said.

According to information on Monday at around 11:45 pm, advocate Bhupendra Singh was shot dead in the ACJM office in the third floor of the court. The shooter left the gun on the spot and escaped from there comfortably.

The police, who reached the spot, have taken possession of the dead body, as well as started searching for the accused. No one was present in the office at the time of the incident.

As soon as the information was received, SP S Anand, DM Inder Vikram Singh reached the spot. Police are looking for CCTV camera footage.
