Lucknow Metro Returned Rs 54,643 Cash, 14 Phones, 28 ATM Cards And One Laptop Left By Passengers In Past Two Months

Lucknow, Nov 1 (TNA) Showing utmost commitment towards its passengers, the Lucknow Metro team returned Rs 54,643 Cash, 14 Smart phones, 1 Laptop, 28 ATM Cards and 19 ID cards in the month of September and October, an official said on Monday.

Apart from returning valuables to its customers Lucknow Metro remains vigilant for help to passengers in need. On September 24, a 20-year-old woman got unconscious at Gate No. 3a of the Alambagh Metro Station. Security personnel deployed at Metro Station quickly admitted the woman to Chandan Nagar Hospital and informed her parents about the incident.

Kumar Keshav, MD, UPMRC said, “the entire staff of Lucknow Metro is committed towards providing best passenger service to the commuters to ensure safe and convenient travel”. He also appealed to all the Metro personnel to continue their service with similar dedication and said, safety of life and belongings of the passengers is our topmost priority.
