Lucknow Metro To Now Run Six Days A Week

Lucknow, August 13 (TNA) With the state government revising the weekend closure in view of the improved situation of the Coronavirus pandemic, the Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC) has decided to run the Lucknow Metro six days in a week.

An official spokesman informed that the trains would now on be available to commuters from Monday to Saturday. The service will start from 6 in the morning and the trains will chug all through the sector till 10 pm.

The Lucknow Metro has been drawing record crowds for the past few days, even setting record of a footfall of 35,000 plus in a single day, post-Covid lockdown.
