Lucknow Sessions Court Dismisses Plea Against RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat

Lucknow, Oct 12 (TNA) The sessions court has rejected the criminal revision application filed against Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat. In this criminal revision application, the order of the lower court was challenged. ADJ Vinay Singh has upheld the order of the lower court as justified.

On July 25, 2016, the trial court had dismissed the complaint filed against Mohan Bhagwat. This complaint was filed by Brahmendra Singh Maurya in the lower court. In the complaint, along with Mohan Bhagwat, the then secretary of the Sangh and the editor of Bappa Rawal, Dr. Radhika Ladha was demanded for prosecution under sedition charges.
