MP-MLA Court Summons Sanghmitra Maurya On Charges Of Cheating

Lucknow, November 18 (TNA) On the application of a youth named Deepak Kumar Swarnkar of Lucknow, the MP MLA Court has summoned Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Swami Prasad's daughter Sanghamitra Maurya to the court on January 6.

She has been summoned under the charges of cheating and threatening. There are five other people including Swami Prasad Maurya, who have also been summoned.

Deepak alleges that he had married Sanghamitra and Sanghamitra married her again without divorcing him. He also claimed that Sanghamitra declared herself unmarried in her election affidavit, which is false. He alleges that Sanghamitra's father Swami Prasad and others also beat him up.
