MY In New Samajwadi Party Stands For Mahila, Yuwa : Akhilesh Yadav

Lucknow, Sep 15 (TNA) Trying to give a makeover to his party image and break the image of being 'criminal-friendly' and 'caste-oriented', Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday said his party was a new SP where MY which earlier stood for Muslim and Yadav for political pundits, now stands for Mahila (women) and Yuva (youth).

He also said that his party will contest the next state assembly election slated for early next year on basis on development, farmers and employment. The former UP chief minister also said that his party was being seen by people of the state with lots of hope and optimism.
