Nand Gopal ‘Nandi’ Launches Scathing Counter Attack On Akhilesh Yadav’s Barb On Dining At Dalit Home In Mirzapur

Lucknow, November 24 (TNA) UP’s industry minister Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’ has returned fire on the attack launched by former chief minister Akhilesh Yadav over his visit to a Dalit household in Mirzapur a few days back. The SP chief had attacked the minister, claiming that such acts were “cosmetic” and lacked “a sense of seriousness and sincerity”.

Irked at this, Nandi trashed the claims and slammed Yadav through a post on X. He targeted the former UP chief minister saying that the negative lens with which he sees things around him have led to his downfall to such a pitiful state. “ओछी हरकतों से बाज आइए। आपकी विश्वसनीयता और गंभीरता का थर्मामीटर दिन ब दिन पप्पू / राहुल से भी नीचे गिरता जा रहा है!” (refrain from such low talk, your credibility and seriousness have falled to a new low, even below that of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi) the minister said in the scathing post.

You are now brainless and your vision is warped so you cannot see positivity and good things happening in the state under the watch of the second-term BJP government, led by Yogi Adityanath, the minister went on to say. He further added that “it was fast becoming your speciality that you tweet from the cool confines of your air-conditioned home, with such baseless allegations”.

The Industries minister also accused Yadav of ignoring the downtrodden, marginalised sections of the society, the Dalits from improving their lot when he was in power.
