Narendra Giri Suicide Case: Charges Not Framed Against Anand Giri Yet, Next Hearing On January 17

Prayagraj, January 5 (TNA) Charges could not be framed on Wednesday against Anand Giri, accused of abetting Akhil Bhartiya Akhara Parishad president Mahant Narendra Giri to commit suicide. The court has fixed the date of January 17 for the hearing of the case.

The court has fixed January 17 as the next date for hearing the matter. Charges were to be framed in the court of District Judge Santosh Rai against accused Anand Giri, former head priest of Bade Hanuman Mandir Adya Prasad and his son Sandeep Tiwari.

CBI advocate Mohammad Farid and district government advocate Gulabchand Agrahari were present on behalf of the prosecution. The case could not be heard when the strike proposal was sent by the District Advocates Association.

The court has now summoned the accused on January 17 through video conferencing and fixed the date of hearing of the case.
