Newly Sworn-In UP Ministers Allocated Portfolios, Jitin Prasad Gets Technical Education

Lucknow, Sep 27 (TNA) The seven ministers sworn in on Sunday in the second expansion of the Yogi Adityanath-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government, were allocated their departments on Monday evening.

According to a state government communique, Jitin Prasad, who switched sides from the Congress a few months back and was sworn-in as a cabinet minister gets Technical Education while ministers of state - Paltu Ram got Sainik Kalyan, Homeguard and Dr Sangeeta Balwant got Cooperatives.

Dharmveer Prajapati has been assigned the Industrial Development department while Chatrapal Singh Gangwar has been tasked with the Revenue department, Sanjeev Kumar has got the social welfare, scheduled castes and scheduled trobes welfare and Dinesh Khatik has been assigned the Jal Shakti and Flood Control department.
