NIA Raids Travel Agency Operator In Bhadohi, Documents Seized
Bhadohi, Oct 12 (TNA) The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has raided two places including the house of a travel agency operator in Bhadohi, an official said. Two teams of NIA from Lucknow and Bihar raided Maryadpatti, Mamdevpur and Kazipur in Bhadohi district on Wednesday. Travel agency operator Maulana Sohaib Alam Nadvi was later interrogated for hours.
Religious book, mobile and receipt were recovered from his place. The National Investigation Agency team along with the Kotwali police reached Maryadapatti Mamdevpur village of Bhadohi Kotwali around 5.30 am. The agency took with them two religious magazines, a mobile phone with two SIMs and a receipt from home.
Two magazines named Vahdat and receipt of Taha Trust have been taken away. In this, no receipt for donation has been issued after 2018. The team also investigated their Data Hill travel agency at Azimulla intersection. After this the team also raided a person's house in Kazipur.
Superintendent of Police Dr. Meenakshi Katyayan said that the investigating agency had come to investigate on the basis of whatever information it had received.
