Noose Tightens On Former Minister Dharam Singh Saini In Ayush Admission Scam, STF Sends Notice

Lucknow, February 16 (TNA) The noose of alw seems to be tightening on former Uttar Pradesh minister and Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Dharam Singh Saini in the AYUSH admission scam case. He is likely to be grilled by the Special Task Force (STF) of the UP Police soon, a source said.

Saini was the Ayush minister at the time of the scam. In the examination scam, STF has sent a notice to the former minister to record his statement. STF will inquire in case of taking bribe. Rajkumar Diwakar, the minister's former secretary, has alleged in a statement to the STF that a bribe was given to the minister for giving recognition to a AYUSH college.

Former minister's personal secretary Rajkumar had given statement to STF of the minister being given ₹ 1.1O crore for recognition of Under-graduate course in AYUSH and ₹ 50 lakh for Post-graduate.
