Police Sub-Inspector In Prayagraj Run Over By Train After Slipping While Getting Off

Prayagraj, May 24 (TNA) A police sub-inspector was run over by a train in Phaphamau on Wednesday as he slipped while getting off the train. The deceased cop has been identified as Ramanath Dwivedi who was posted in Lakhimpur Kheri. He was a resident of Holagarh police station of Prayagraj.

The GRP has taken the body into custody and sent it for postmortem. Inconsolable family members reached the site of the tragedy on getting the information of the incident.
