Properties Worth Rs 50 Crores Of Vikas Dubey Confiscated
Kanpur, May 24 (TNA) The police and tehsil administration has confiscated illicit properties worth Rs 50 crores acquired on the basis of crime of gangster Vikas Dubey, the main accused of Bikru case. The gangster had 18 properties in his name, while the rest were in the name of his wife, children and parents and close relatives.
On July 2, 2020, eight police personnel, including CO Bilhaur Devendra Mishra, were killed by gangster Vikas Dubey and his associates in Bikru during a raid. After this, Vikas Dubey and his five other associates were killed in the encounter by the Special Task Force.
On orders of DM Neha Sharma, the properties of Notorious were evaluated in the past. The seized properties are in Bikru, Bhiti and Sakarwan agricultural land. The administration has also attached two tractors, a rotavator, a thresher machine, a trolley, a harrow, a cultivator, a motorcycle and two cars in the name of Vikas Dubey.
