Property Dealer Shot At In Car In Prayagraj, Serious

Prayagraj, February 16 (TNA) A property dealer Anuj Jaiswal (40) was shot dead inside his car late on Wednesday near CMP Degree College. He has been admitted to SRN Hospital, where the condition remains critical. In a statement to the police, he has accused brother-in-law and two-three unknowns.

Anuj lives near Rambagh intersection and has a lodge there by the name of New Sakshi Hotel. Around 4 pm on Wednesday, he left the house with a Maruti 800 car. He was found lying in a pool of blood on the driving seat of the car near CMP Dot bridge around 7.30 pm. When a passerby saw him, he informed the cops.

Police admitted Anuj to SRN Hospital where the doctors informed that the bullet had crossed the left side of the chest just below the shoulder. Aadhaar card was found in his pocket, through which he could be identified. During the treatment itself, Anuj told the number to the police, on which the wife was informed.

He also alleged that his brother-in-law and two-three unknowns were involved in the incident. The incident took place in the ongoing dispute regarding the house.
