Relief To Shilpa Shetty As Lucknow Police Lets Her Off In Rs 1.36 Crore Fraud Case

Lucknow, October 26 (TNA) The Lucknow Police has given a big relief to Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her mother Sunanda Shetty in the case of cheating registered in Vibhutikhand and Hazratganj police stations of the state capital. Their lawyer responded to the allegations and the police notice against them.

However, in this case, eight people, including Shilpa's former manager Kiran Baba are facing police action and the cops have filed a chargesheet against them.

Jyotsna, a resident of Vibhutikhand, cheated in the name of giving franchisee of Shilpa Shetty's company Iosis Wellness Center and after taking the full amount, filed a case in the police station alleging supply of substandard goods.

Jyotsna, a resident of Vibhuti Khand, had alled that the actress and her mother had cheated in the name of giving franchisee of Shilpa Shetty's company Iosis Wellness Center and after taking the full amount, supplied of sub-standard goods.

In this case, Shilpa Shetty has given evidence to the police of the victim woman leaving the company before taking the franchise. Based on this, the police have removed his name from the case.
