Rs 58-Crore Scholarship Scam: FIR Slapped On 14, Including Several Senior Officials

Lucknow, August 3 (TNA) A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has registered an FIR against 14 people in the Rs 58 crore scholarship scam at Ghaziabad College.

According to officials, the FIR includes names of the then DSW officer Paritosh Kumar Srivastava. Also, a case has been registered against Zakir Hussain, a senior assistant during his tenure.

The FIR also names 14 people, including the chairman, secretary and registrar of 12 management institutes. The scholarship scam took place in Ghaziabad between 2013 and 2017.
