Samajwadi Party Deputes Two Lawyers Each For Vote Count At All UP 403 Constituencies
Lucknow, March 7 (TNA) Worried at what it calls could be electoral malpractise by the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as counting of votes commences on Thursday March 10, the Samajwadi Party (SP) has pressed into service a battery of advocates to be present on the counting stations.
According to information, SP has deputed 2-2 advocates at every coounting station across 75 districts of the state amod allegations by its leadership and also BKU leader Rakesh Tikait that the BJP might try and mainpulate teh voting process in its favour.
SP lawyers will remain at the counting site for legal advice at the counting centers of all 403 Vidhan Sabhas of 75 districts. SP State President Naresh Uttam gave instructions to all district and city presidents for the same.
