Sanjay Singh Unrelenting On Graft Charges Against UP Minister, Complaint Submitted To Lokayukta

Lucknow, August 12 (TNA) Despite repeated denials by Jal Shakti minister of UP Dr Mahendra Singh and an FIR also lodged against his name, Rajya Sambha member of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Sanjay Singh is unrelenting.

On Thursday his legal advisor Hari Shankar Pandey along with a battery of lawyers went to the Lokayukta Justice Sanjay Mishra and submitted a complaint against the UP minister, a close protege of the chief minister Yogi Adityanath.

He said he has submitted all relevant documents related to the graft charges levelled by the lawmaker against the UP minister.

Sanjay Singh has charged Mahendra Singh of multi-crore irregularities in favour of granting work to a blacklisted company and of exerting pressure on officials. An FIR has been lodged against Sanjay Singh in Lucknow by a BJP MLA and he has also been served a notice by the minister.

An undeterred Sanjay Singh, widely respected for this whistle blowing on matters of corruption, has vowed to fight to the finish till the guilty are not booked for squandering public money.
